Observes a 9-hour eating window with periodic notifications to eat, then finally to stop.
Eating in a 9-hour window has been shown to increase lean muscle growth, as well as reduce body fat. I prefer smaller-portioned meals that are eaten more often, so that's how this flow was built.
Edit the time variable block to adjust when the window starts (time of the day, in seconds - default is 11 AM). Periodic eating reminders occur every 2.5 hours.
Side note: it doesn't activate on Sunday because I fast that day, all day. Just add that day in the time window blocks if you like.
