Turns your WiFi on briefly when you unlock your phone. If you don't connect to a network automatically, then it disables it again.
If your WiFi is already enabled and you're not already connected, then it disables your WiFi automatically.
Specifically designed to not use much battery power (ideas to further reduce usage are welcome!) by only running when you unlock your phone.
