Deactivate mobile data when screen is off.
When the screen off, this flow will deactivate mobile data for 15 minutes then activate it for 1 minutes. This action will be repeated as long as screen still off. When screen goes on, this flow will activate mobile data immediatelly.
You can:
* Choose time to activate and deactivate data when screen is off.
* Or use default mode (15 minutes off 1 minutes on) for simplicity.
* View logging message so you can know perfectly when your data on/ off.
