Notes:
- This flow requires a rooted device.
- This flow cannot extract live wallpaper. If you use live wallpaper, only last applied image wallpaper would be extracted.

Permissions:
- SuperUser: to get user account names and saving current wallpaper, these features cannot run without root.
- Storage: to select a folder for extracted wallpaper.
