When active, this flow will keep playing your Spotify playlist AS LONG AS YOU RUN. That's right. If you stop running you have 10 seconds until a quite uncomfortable and loud sound starts playing. It will stop as soon as you start running again. Works best with ear plugs.
The tone doesn't hurt. At least not for me but it is quite motivating.

You can change to player, sound, volume etc to your liking.
