Why this flow is called intelli alarm ? Because it's an intelligent alarm. Instead of waking you up at an fixed time, it will wake up you when you move. When you move, you are already a little bit awake, so you won't be awake when you are sleeping well.

This flow will ask you an hour, caution add 30 mins maximum to your selected hour, and will wake up in case of significant movement. If 30 mins times up, it will wake up you with the selected alarm. You can add 5 minutes more.

It shouldn't crash or anything but in case of add an alarm with your smartphone default alarm app.

Step 1 : select wake hour
Step 2 : select ring
Step 3 : put on the corner of your bed near your pillow.
Step 4 : sleep !
Step 5 : Be awake by the flow.
