🌒 Power Save CPU when Screen Off

Root required. When the device is not plugged into a power source, sets the CPU speeds to "power save" and limits speed after the screen has been turned off then sets the CPU speed to "performance" when the screen turns back on and the device is unlocked. Device will still receive text message, phone calls, and even emails because the data remains active.
