My first flow, so go easy on me. Intended for people who want their Wi-Fi on most of the time but occasionally switch it off and then forget. This flow switches Wi-Fi on after 10 minutes if wi-fi is off but phone not in airplane mode. Attempt to reduce battery use by using the 'when state changes' formulation
