Trigger for dedicated call recording application.

My call recording app is quite good enough at the actual recording task. It only encounters problems depending on what else might be running or have commandeered the default caller spot. Sometimes it might silently shut down too.

This flow is a fail-safe which waits for calls in or out and then makes sure the App launches.

NOTE: There are better ways to make a fail-safe than this and I've since replaced this with one of those methods which uses Tasker instead. OTOH, I do still use the SMS forwarding and dual photo automation flows.
