*Turn on hotspot when charging*

I don't have home WiFi, and instead use a hotspot to access the internet on my other devices.

This simple flow turns on the hotspot automatically when connected to power (if within a specified location), and prompts the user to disable the hotspot when power is disconnected.

*Set up location detection*

1. Go to desired location
2. Open up Flowchart
2. Click on "When near cell"
3. Select cell towers
4. Start flow
