Enable Automation in Adguard, use password in adguard in extra field in every broadcast block (also where you can input your own preference of DNS names/addresses.)
For more anonymity: even if logs are ostensibly not taken this doesn't have all of your web habits routed through same DNS (that is if ISP isn't redirecting everything through there own DNS servers)
