Displays editable list with current volume levels. Ability to change volume levels with slider or set all levels from saved presets.

***SETTINGS***
Edit block 4: insert into this array IDs of streams you want to show/set. List of streams is available in block 3.

v2: added flow beginning showing mic&out level meters
v3: fixed bug when preset sets volume one step lower than saved value.
Ability to switch volume presets from another flow/app/... by starting flow beginning "Volume Presets" with preset_id key in payload dict(array) - payload={"preset_id":int}

v6: added quick tile showing presets list on tap and volume controls on long press.
Fixed bug in presets after changing block 4.
v7: quick tiles and notifications panel will slide up automatically after clicking on tile so the presets popup will appear in foreground.
