Checks battery level, prompts Charging or not. Waits a good interval of time before rechecking to save battery drain.
If currently charging then waits for 1.2 times (in minutes) of remaining battery level. If currently not charging then waits for a quarter of time of the current battery level. Next to be added is auditory prompt (sound prompt). Play sound. Simple.
