Real basic flow that does the job. Keeps wifi on ONLY when there is a working, internet connected network. Will automatically search and connect to wifi while using your device.

Turns wifi off when there is no usable connection (wifi signal under 10% and no actual connection to the internet).
It looks for network when screen turned on or phone moved with screen on and also pings Cloudflare's DNS (1.1.1.1) to ensure internet connectivity.

This flow uses android's built-in connection management and saved ssids.

**IMPORTANT**
YOU NEED TO SET WIFI SLEEPING MODE TO "ALWAYS ON".

Otherwise, the android system will fail to connect to any wifi, and then only a reboot corrects the issue.
