It blocks the device locking the screen every 0.05 sec. It also vibrate and rings whit the default ring in 100% sound level! To unlock it you probably need to reset your device, shutdown it and desable the flow from the app or leave the battery empty and recharge it to access the app and desable the flow. DON'T rate this like "dangerous" I'm clearly telling you what it does and you must use it only on your own devices!
