As per request from a user I have made this flow to send a SMS on rejecting calls of selective contacts.
This flow will detect that if the call is from the selected contact list then it will disconnect the call and will send a SMS to the person.
Calls from other will still keep coming only the calls from the selective people will be processed.
You can add your own contacts in the "Set variable data" block and a personalized message in the "Send SMS to number" block.
Note: You may face a problem with permissions in Android 8 and higher
