This is similar to the flow I made to take secret photos however this one is obviously for videos, to start the video turn your phone onto silent via the audio buttons, then when you have finished recording (I set recording time to 10 mins) simply turn your ringer to silent again.
Please leave suggestions for new flows or how to edit some ones I already have, I'm just doing this all for fun.

I changed it slightly so that it automatically puts your ringer to7
