MEGA move downloads to externalSD/Downloads

Each time a download is started a notification confirm dialog appears for the user to confirm to move the download/s to the destiny folder.

**CAUTION**
Don't confirm until the download/s have ended. I don't know what might happen but I guess it's not gonna be good.

//Need to change the destiny folder and externalSD default download folder for each device
//Confirm dialog appears even when it's a upload, just didn't care about that

Note: this is uploaded just for having a personal backup with comments and all that.
