This is for a device that you can either make yourself or just use any old keyboard. Use an Arduino leonardo or other device like that with HID (Human Interface Support) with buttons that trigger a keyboard press. Just set the call blocks to the numbers of your choice. Add more forks to add more numbers. This is good for a car when your driving that doesn't have a screen for dialling people. This may use up money depending on your mobile network operator. P.S Comment if you spot an error! I also recommend disabling the log just to keep it fast and stuff.
