Encode and decode text to and from Base64 format

A free flow that allows oneself to encode text to Base64 and vice versa. With basic options for beginners and advanced options for those more advanced, it is effective.

Reuploaded because:

1. I didn't want to retype the description.
2. I didn't want the version code to update just because I changed TEXT.

Note that this program is compatible with TinyOS, but it isn't needed to run it. The code down below makes it work in TinyOS, and if it is deleted, then it won't be compatible.
