1. Check if BT is On. If not- enable BT.
2. Check if BT Headphones is connected. If not- Connect to BT Headphones.
3. Check if Spotify App is On. If not- start Spotify App.
4. Wait for 5 seconds.
5. Send PLAY command to Spotify App.
6. Keep listening to Media Button on BT Headphones. If double tap- send NEXT command to Spotify App.
