Update v2: tile now resets when disconnected

This will configure a quick settings tile (you need to first add it to your qs) to activate and deactivate wifi.
It will also check if your wifi is connected, and automatically turn wifi off after 2min of disconnection.
It will also check if screen is locked, so wifi cannot be turned off when phone is locked.
