"Help" Location Sender (ROOT)

Say "help" in an SMS and your estimated address and exact location will be sent automatically as a Google Maps link. Case insensitive and can appear anywhere in the text.

Practical uses include: tell your SO if you're unsafe; lost and want to tell someone where you are; car breaks down anywhere and need to be picked up.

I hope you never need to use it, but better safe than sorry.

[2] Added a timeout system that uses network and wifi to get location if high accuracy location times out (Block 55). Returns WiFi to previous state if high accuracy times out (Block 78).
