There's a few things that are special about this flow:
-Requires premium for 48 Blocks.
-Requires Root to execute shell commands.
-Automatically turns on data and high accuracy location even when phone is locked.
-Turns off battery saver even when phone is locked.
-"Location Get" timeout feature that turns on WiFi (even when locked) and gets network location from cell towers and nearby WiFi signals.
-Returns all settings to their previous states after location is sent.
