When a Google Hangouts message arrives and you have Bluetooth headphones on, it will read the message to you. Music will be paused.
When no headset is connected, it does nothing, so your sensitive messages aren't announced to everyone.
You'll need to edit the flow to select your headset. For some reason it wouldn't work if I didn't specify them exactly.
