I have had problems with the wifi on all Samsung phones I have owned, s6, s8+ and s20 ultra so I'm sure this must happen to other people.
This script checks frequently if the wifi has entered a dead state, only to be fixed by turning the wifi off and on. If a connection to Google fails while the wifi is enabled it resets it.
