Build and save a list of flows to restart. You have the option to build the list from currently running flows, add a flow manually, edit or delete a flow in the list, delete the flow list, and restart the list of flows. There is also a "Remote restart" option that can be used to silently restart the list from another flow, or via a homescreen shortcut. Note that this option will log results instead of showing dialogs and toast messages.

𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲𝘀
-When building the list from currently running flows, each running fiber reports the ID of the first block in that fiber. This isn't always the flow beginning, so make sure the flow beginning block number is correct (it can be changed with the 'Edit flow in list' option).
-When building the list from currently running flows, there will be one entry on the list for each running fiber. So any flows with multiple running fibers will have multiple entries on the list. Any unwanted entries can be removed with the 'Remove flow from list' option.
-This flow is not a backup utility; it doesn't save any flow data, only a list of which flows are running. If you want to backup your flows, try this:

-Porting to a new device will invalidate the flow list, as flow IDs will change. You can avoid this inconvenience by creating a backup of your flows, then restoring that backup on the new device.
