When selected bluetooth is connected, WIFI hotspot Tethering is enabled
When the bluetooth is disconnected, the hotspot is disabled, wifi is enabled.
requirement
1. install "Tethering Toggle"/Infraappz on playStore.
run the App- give a permission Modify system settings: on Allowed
2. install "WIFI On/Off"/Pedro A.Castillo on playStore
