??? Help needed with the "Fiber Stop" Block ???

Why does the "Fiber Stop" Block #12 not Stop the Timer #8???

Can somebody explain why the fiber
"child 2" does not get killed from the "Fiber Stop" block in the fiber "child 1"? I have the same problem in a much bigger flow and get the problem not solved.
