Workaround app for Android 10 limitation of not being able to enable or disable WiFi from Automate.
It will attempt to use the native Automate enable / disable which is not officially supported.
If this fails, it falls back to attempt to use starting an external app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=auy.msb.yff)
As a result, this flow can enable or disable WiFi.
