If wifi off will turn on and if its on it will try to connect to a hotspot network named "Find Device" (remember to make your phone to remember to connect to "Find Device" any wifi with the same name will work) it's Battery friendly too, now just enable any hotspot from any devices with the exact same name and without password and the phone will play music at high volume.
