Detects when an app is updated, downgraded, installed, or uninstalled.
DISCLAIMER: this flow is "very hacky", so don't assume it's reliable.
`PACKAGE_REPLACED` broadcast doesn't work with system apps. Comparing version codes and version names doesn't work, because "When App Installed" returns `null` on those variables.
I haven't tested thoroughly, so IDK if this also happens with other apps, and/or Android versions. Only tested on SM-J327, Android 8.1
