Play uno with bots!

Note: Yes you are allowed to use this in other flows as long as some type of credit goes my way.

Also if someone wants to mod this and make an online version, go right ahead. Although I will not help.

Ideas:
-Add UNO DLC.
-A few design changes to make the UI more user friendly.

-Some small changes mostly.

-Fixed a stacking rule issue.
-Changed some things behind the scenes.

-Rules Stacking and No bluffing have been added.
-Fixed an error due to the deck being completely empty.

V-1.4
-Rules 7-0, Force play and Draw-to-Match have been added.

V-1.3
-Fixed a couple of issues with bots and turns, should be all fixed now. (This honestly was a headache, but it also was my fault for a semi lazy system at first.)
-If a player or a bot wins, you can see the overall score of the match.

-All wild cards have been added (Colour change, Colour change +4).

V-1.1
-All special cards have been added (+2, Skip, Reverse).

V-1.0
-Offline mode included bots.
