Warning before uploading (Attention newbees!)

Since the community uploads are flooded with unconnected blocks, stolen and/or template flows since FOREVER, I made a little flow that should be a mandatory download for all new users.

It simply prompts you with a message before you can upload a flow:
"Ask yourself:
1: Is this a template flow?
2: Is this someone else's flow?
3: Is this a not functioning flow?
4: Is this flow only usefull to me?
5: Are the blocks unconnected?

If you answered YES to any of these questions, press CANCEL.
Otherwise, press CONTINUE"
