When Capstone lumping service texts for payment this flow checks to see if the screen is on, if so it defaults to whatever settigs are normal for incomming texts, however if your screen is off I.e. sleeping in a door while being unloaded, it will play an audible chime for 5 seconds to wake you up. I recommend adding a volume override to this flow if this is your use case.
