Update: added null check if caller is private number. Cannot screen private numbers.
Update: Added a notification and an option to call back any rejected calls.
Block calls if all conditions below are met:
- the STIR/SHAKEN CODE is not verified,
- number starts with + as this usually means its spoofed. Local calls don't need to start with + and country code,
- the number is not in contacts list
