Adds quick setting to the android drawer to toggle blocking caller ID using USSD codes.
Will run in the background and can be set to start automatically with your device.
Update 1: No longer stops flow if trying to execute while the device does not have signal.
Update 2: Corrected quick setting showing on when it was off and off when it was on
