USA only version. Displays notification dialogs with the current weather conditions and upcoming forecast at the user specified time daily (currently set at 6:30 AM). Change the await time object to display the forecast at a different time. Obtains weather data from weather.gov via a JSON API so the flow may not work in all areas.
