In this update :

This flow will tell you once the name of the music you are listening to and its artist when you pause it will only tell you for the chosen music app if you use headphones to listen to your music it will also talk to you on the headphones it does not activate when you change music unless the music change lasts more than 2 seconds it only repeats the name of the music and the name of the artist once you can leave the flow you do because it only works if you listen to music with the chosen application.
