Dial by tapping a tile (in the quick settings)

- assign a contact to the tile (in the quick settings) to be able to quickly dial them (in this way I open garage gates even with no need to unlock the phone, at least on android 13)
- the flow can be configured for multiple tiles (name and icon can be customized per tile)
