Made of utility flows for you to call on your own flows when needed.
Took me a few weeks to tinker it until i was happy enough to call and forget.
Made using a samsung phone with android 11, take that into consideration.
You will have to reconfigure the interact click blocks to match notification bar and quick settings tile xpath of your phone. Remember it uses different xpaths to turn on and off mobile data.
