Searched high & low for a fix for samsungs wifi often going into connected but no internet state (when every other device is completely fine on your network, in my case 30 odd devices) but even the more sensible suggestions like try turning off 802.11r, rather than the 100's of silly 'set your clock to automatic to fix this', haven't helped my new phone, so basic flow to toggle wifi on & off for when samsung gets into that state simply based on network switching to cellular & still have wifi connected.
Block 8 can probably be removed as 7 does seem to take the correct route for distinguishing actual mobile data when leaving your home/network vs just the wifi going into 'connected no internet ' but still testing as have to wait for failures rather than being able to reproduce/fake the connection error.
You may also want to add a geo-location block so that it only toggles the wifi connection in set areas I.e. only work when at home or when at the office. (Or change block 7 so that it's your network ssid)
P.s.
Probably works for other manufacturers but other phones in my house work fine so hard to test & also mention samsung as "samsung wifi" was the thing i searched for in the community that returned zero results before creating my own flow.
