Scheme to use when 2 conditions should be satisfy simultaneously, for an action to be taken, and when not , untaken.
Here, Airplane should be on iff ( if and only if ) device is plugged and in a time window. It assumes that when the flow starts, the device is neither plugged nor in the time window.
