This flow will let you select a flow from a filtered list of your flows.
Modify title_sql_match or description_sql_match to adjust the filter. These variables are used to query the Automate content provider. Matching flows will be displayed in a web dialog. A single flow can be picked. The resulting uri is printed in log and as toast.

(Unfortunately the web dialog has no dark mode?!)

V2,V3 - escape < and > in title and description
V4, V5 - add text if list is empty, in case of no flows passing the filter
