Well it seemed to me this tutorial didn't exist yet, and for other people like me who overlook this feature, here's how to get all currently posted notifications. The choice dialogue at the end only lists them it doesn't do anything.
You can also use ADB shell, but it gives you soooooo much info. One advantage though is you could also get currently snoozed notifications, this is currently not possible in AM natively. Another advantage of the adb solution could be that you get all in one go, and don't risk new ones being posted while you cycle through them. I might make a flow for that.
If you want an easy way to get lots of info also on snoozed notifications, use Marco Stornelli's tasker plugin for free:

V2: removed 1 unnecessary block, added that you can pick a notification to show all available info.
