This is a text editor can be called from any other apps.

I coded this because I wanted to replace characters with regular expressions when editing the value of AUTOMATE blocks or in text input fields on the web.

To start editing from any other apps select text on your screen and choose “Automate flow” (on Android 6 or later, except 8) in the overflow menu (“CUT, COPY & PASTE…” popup,) and then tap “𝔢 Live-in Editor.”

Or select text, SHARE (usually in the overflow menu), select “Automate flow”, and then tap “𝔢 Live-in Editor.”

Required OS: Android 5 or later.

Privileges:
☑ appear on top of other apps or parts of the screen:
To start an external app in the foreground when exiting through “SHARE and Exit,” and to show external contents that are linked from help messages.
☑ access to manage files:
To access a shared content.

☐ read your contacts:
☐ read calendar events and details:
The “content query” block to query a shared content suggests these two privileges, but this flow does not read them, so not required for this flow.
