This is the Main Module of the Automated SMS processing linked to the MS-SQLSERVER
-- this will auto route the processing which will depend on what type of service is requested by the sender.
-- the reply will be generated by the MSSQLSERVER and after, the message will be send by this module as a reply to the sender.
-- all analysis and processing of data such as status of voter; statistics, records and etc. with over 8 million records will be proccessed on the MSSQLSERVER before this module will send the respose.
-- the MSSQL server will also be the one to analyze the messages with conversations through it'a AI module.
