Silent ringer mode workaround

On the last Android versions the "Set Ringer Mode" option "Silent" does not actually set the ringer mode to silent but rather changes the DND (Do Not Disturb) setting.
This isn't always desirable but there is no official solution to that.
This workaround was found by a few people on the internet to work (credit to Hunter Kehoe for explaining it on his blog "wunter8"). Don't ask me why, but it does (at least for my device with Android 12). It basically just shuffles the DND settings around and ends up with the ringer mode being silent without DND being activated.
