Every day, this flow takes 3 photos at a random time (but only when your phone is unlocked). At the end of the 3, it asks you to choose one of the three. The others are deleted.
Selfies are saved in "automate/Pictures".
The flow has built-in error detection. For example, if one day you don't have 3 photos, the next day you'll be asked to choose the one from the previous day.
