- When sound is disabled, enable sound when phone is at rest face up, keep disabled when face down.
- Show notification on lock screen to change setting.
Note: to enable Silent, the Ring set component sets to Do Not Disturb. As a workaround, I found a Flow that mixes up Do Not Disturb modes to accomplish Silent mode without DND on. Credit to "Silent ringer mode workaround" by NightmareQueenJune (#43947).
